When he came to give an estimate, he spent a great deal of time explaining how I got the rot in the shingles and what should be done to correct it. He detailed all the work he would do and the materials he would buy as part of the project. Once we signed the contract he came and started the work within 48 hours. He completed the job the next day. The site was left in a clean state and the work was done exactly as he promised. I would hire him again.

Rick was great to deal with. He was prompt in providing a quote and very informative during that session regarding what he'd have to do and what my options might be. Rick was then prompt in returning my e-mail questions and he was honest regarding the fact that it would be 6 - 8 weeks before he'd be able to be able to do the work. He committed to a time frame well in advance but stuck to it. He was very communicative in advance of his arrival to coordinate his work and materials I was providing. He was timely in his arrival, pleasant and professional in his demeanor, and left no trace when he departed. His work was outstanding.
