Once we got past the miscommunication on date and time, things went pretty well. I was disappointed to see that they were not set up to handle the absence of their receptionist. Her absence, and their lack of coverage, made us "this close" to canceling. She was very helpful and good to deal with.
We shall see how well their work holds up once the very hot showers in my son's bathroom resume in earnest.
