Repair or Partially Replace Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding in 98366
They started Dec 15 2008 but couldn't finish until Jan 2009 due to bad weather. They removed the rotted wood trim from around the garage doors, replaced trim & weather strip around garage doors, replaced siding boards that broke during process. Pressure washed the siding with mildewcide (sp?) & caulked up most seams between the siding butt joints. They needed to recaulk again because of shrinkage but missed a few places. Painted whole exterior body & trim. Adjusted gutters & Installed needle guard. Looks great but more expensive than I thought it would be.

The outcome of my project was much larger than I planned but it turned out wonderful. Pat provided excellent suggestions since I started too small and made the right investments in the right place. I am sure my home value is higher as a result of this project
