Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 37854

J. Faletti estimated the job would take 2 hours @ $325 for purchase of 2 boots, remove shingles, put on boots & reshingle. I thought it was alot, but needed the work done & agreed. Price would be adjusted if less work was involved. No worker came @ agreed appt. I called & he sent DJ. DJ was very nice. He was here 20 minutes (his quote). He put the boots on and did not have to do any shingle work. DJ called Jim & told him what the job involved. The price per Jim $250. I paid but thought this outrageous. I called Jim & told him so. After much talking Jim asked what I thought fair, I said $150. We agreed on this, Jim felt he lost.
