800 New Look demonsrated professionalism from their sales staff to their workers. The workers were prompt and courteous. They came back to address any follow-up issues that I had - no questions asked. I would have given them five stars except for two minor issues: 1. they left a band of nails from a nail gun in some tree branches in the back of the house; and 2. we kept finding more nails around the house after their clean up. Having said this, I would still recommend them to others.

Very up front and professional. I had a leak in the roof and they went out of their way to get the job done quickly but did not even attempt to gouge me. Their 1st quote was right in line with what I had via other contractors. I would highly recommend them

They were the low bidder. The quality of the roof is fine. I had the job done in early Oct when everyone is trying to get their roof done before winter. This contractor had so many jobs lined up they were trying to have the crew do 2 houses / day. They did not show up until 2 pm, and worked until late at night when one of the neighbors called the police due to the noise. The job was not finished until the next day. They were in such a hurry when setting up for the job they did not cover the house as they told me they would to protect from damage due to flying shingles while tearing off the old roof. There was a lot of damage done.
