I could not have been more pleased! Once they came on site, they set up and then MY job was THEIR job until it was done and perfect. The installers, Bob and Chris were professional and competent and friendly but no-nonsense workers. Mike and Alan, the owners of Custom Siding, were true to their promise and I didn't pay for the final work until they and I were both perfectly satisfied. They really DO guarantee the workmanship of the product and the process, but that shouldn't be a big surprise, since they make sure they do it right from the start! I think I'd write the same comment 10 years from now; feel free to ask again then :)

Mr Stickles was nice, friendly and approachable. He had to subcontract the fiber cement work, and it seemed to take a long time to get started. But it went reasonably fast once it got started. The end result looks fine, and my wife and I have the satisfaction of having a product not connected with any negative environmental effects, and it also looks attractive and does not have the maintenance issues (and cost) of recleaimed wood. There was one minor issue with a hole in a screen, it took a day or two longer to be fixed than I expected, but it was repaired completely.
