It was a small job - repair not replacement. The roof will need replacement in the next few years but I got no pressure to go ahead and do it now. He came in the morning to give the estimate and the repair was completed that same afternoon.

He offered a lot of great suggestions to improve our deck. He worked with the city and saved me a lot of money on the structural assessment. He completed the work very quickly.
