- Easy to work with. They sat down and went over our to do list. He helped us pick the siding and windows within our budget. He offered suggestions for our home. His office has a computer and large screen TV in which we saw our what our choices would look like on our home.
- The crew did the job quickly and cleanly. They cleaned up the mess & left little to clean up. Much better than some contractor I have work with in the past.
- Acknowledges mistakes and corrects them in timely fashion. The crew forgot to add a window cover & trim to garage door. He quickly remedied them quickly.

Milanese was easy to work with, lived up to their promises for when the installation would take place, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. The installation was performed in a professional manner, the site was cleaned up after each work day, the installers were very friendly and answered all questions, and the job looks great. I'm very satisfied.
