They were fast and thorough. They knew their product, none of it junk they didn't have any hidden magic. They told what it was and showed you what it was. They were quick to get here. The guys that came were professional they weren't a bunch of jerks like the other guys that came to my door. These guys were good. They did all 11 windows rebuilt a couple windows. They were done in 5 hours, cleaned up for 3 hours. They left everything spotless.

The reason we needed to replace our siding is that the roofers we hired ruined our previous siding. We never asked for proof of insurance, references, etc. Well, this time we used ServiceMagic and were in contact with 3 contractors within hours. They provided references, insurance, and answered all our questions. They were willing to work with our insurance agent and we finally decided on Solartherm. They showed up 2 days after we signed the contract, and were finished within a week. Their work was outstanding and were willing to contact the insurance company when problems arose.
