We hired a storm chaser FIRST by mistake. Once we learned we had made this mistake we had to find someone we could trust. Art came into the house and listened to all our issues. We fired the storm chaser adn Art came in to fix all the issues from the hail storm. He was honest, He was concerned with getting everythign done right the first time,he was on time and under budget. You just can not ask any more from a person. We went from the worst experience in our lives to a quality company with dedicated personell who actually cared anbout making things right.

Repair or Partially Replace Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding in 60502
The project was really challenging with its details and timeline for delivery.
TrueCustoms did a great job understanding the requirements, working only with quality materials, accepting last minute changes for the soffit vents and final touches on molding.
As every project we faced challenges like the hardy boards did not arrive when expected, selected color was off from one store, but Justin took the initiative and got the paint from a different store and was able to finish the project as anticipated before Thanksgiving despite some weather challenges.
I will use them again for my next project and already recommended them to others.

We are extremely pleased with the results of the work performed. D. Coup was flexible with requested changes to original plans and provided excellent advice throughout the project to guide us to an excellent end product. DC's work crew was also very professional. We will be using them again for a project next summer.
