Chuck, with Ashland Builders, is a true professional and a master craftsman! Friendly, honest, a man of integrity, he listened to what I wanted, provided additional ideas and gave me a very fair bid.
When he first looked at the stairs, he told me that because they required so much customization, they wouldn’t be perfect, but he promised that he would make them beautiful!
I was delighted by his attention to detail, and how quickly he got the job done. He cut many pieces by hand and his workmanship is remarkable! I beg to differ with you, Chuck, but I think they’re perfect! I couldn’t be more pleased with my beautiful new staircase!
