I had my 40+ year old, well worn stairs refinished and a new banister and railing installed by Frank and his staff. I could not be more pleased. Frank had said that the stairs would look "brand new" by the time he was done, and it was the truth! I can't believe the results. The new banister and railing is lovely, exactly as he said he was going to do. I could not believe the minimal dust and smell involved as well. Frank and his helper were very courteous, honest, and friendly. This has been a wonderful experience, and I would highly reccommend Perfection to anyone!

Frank had 3 men over my house to do this job. I had the dining room and living room floors replaced. They were on time and careful moving my furniture around so that they could work. My rooms are awardly spaced. They got right down to work and barely took a break for coffee and lunch. Frank called and checked in with them several times. Frank selected my floor and he was right on target. He knows his floors. Sveral of my neighbors stopped in while the job was being done and were amazed. They thought the floors were beautiful. I have recommended Perfection Hardwood Floors to several people. I only hope that they give Frank their business.

Frank presented himself with a very professionalism and eager to get the job, in addition, I enjoyed looking at his portfolio which he presented to us for various jobs.
His crew and installed were pretty much on time and very knowledgeable in installation of the floor and also, moving furniture around. They pretty much met our expectation and I would recommend the to any one who wants to get this kind a job don. Job Well Done Frank!
