Bob was very responsive to coming out to give me a bid for the stair railing work. He listened to my ideas and knew exactly what I wanted the stair railing to look like when it was finished. He made very good suggestions on areas I was unsure of in the overall design and look.
I needed some time in the middle of the project for staining and finishing and Bob was receptive to allowing me time to complete that independently. Bob is very friendly and his work was great at our house. I would recommend Bob to anyone who is considering new stair railings.

Rick was very professional. When he came to measure and give me a quote he showed me samples and explained my options. He seemed very knowledgeable and showed me pictures of other jobs he has done and gave me some references to contact. When he first called me he told me to go to his web site where there were pictures and information and testimonials from previous customers. When he did the job he didn't make a big mess and cleaned up after himself. All in all a very good experience.

Gave me a good price, but underbid the project. Halfway in I felt he started to cut some corners because the project was going to take more time than he had allocated. The project was completed, and he did follow through with in a timely manner. I'm satisfied with what I got for the money. He has the skills and knowledge to do very good work.
