Jim Heath, who came out to our home and gave us the estimate, was a very nice. You will feel comfortable allowing him and his workers, Paul and Ilylia, in to your home. Their price was very competative with other companies. After the work was complete, I had to call them to address an item. They called back right away and fixed my concern. Only complaint was they didn't haul away their trash (cardboard boxes, styrafoam packing etc....)
