Very good service at a very good price! The shade of the stair treads was slightly darker than that of the flooring, but the contractor openly agreed to replace it if I decided it wouldn't work. Other than that, he was in-and-out in one day; did most of the stain work ahead of time the weekend before. Provided me with an itemized, online estimate and easy online invoice. The "eBay" of contract work! I would definitely recommend Kleiser, Inc to anyone wishing to have stair replacement.

Matthew works for Carolina Stair, Inc. Trey Tinch was in charge of estimating the job, assigning Matthew to do the work, and figuring out a way to do the stairs over a 2 1/2 day period without our having to leave home. Matthew showed up each day at time promised and did an absolutely beautiful job on replacing stairs, with hardwood, and installing a new hand rail and spindles. The stain work matched our 20 yrs old hardwood floors very closely. Trey followed up with us each day and at the end of the project took pictures. A very professional company and very nice to work with.

Matthew does work for Carolina Stair. Matthew immediately contacted the owner, Trey Tinch, after I filed the request. Trey came out and performed the estimate immediately. We accepted later that day. Matt is a very good worker and pays attention to detail. He arrived on time and cleans up at the end of each day. I truly like that Carolina Stair has an A+ rating with the Charlotte BBB and is a member of NARI. This to me was a sign of professionalism for me. The estimate for the job was very reasonable and the work started when scheduled and will finsh as planned. My wife and I really like the finished project.
