He is a very personable person and easy to get along with. But the most important thing is that he is very trustworthy and understanding of any changes needed as you go through the project. Our stairs are excellent and the wainscotting turned out beautiful.

Eric did a superior job of replacing our old, antiquated banister with a beautiful, new wrought iron one. Considering we have encountered our fair share of crumby contractors who do the bare minimum, it was refreshing to hire a contractor that actually took pride in his workmanship and went above and beyond our expectations. Since he has done the work, we have received numerous compliments on what a great job he did! But what is more surprising is that the old adage "when you spend more, you get more" certainly proved false, because Eric was certainly reasonably priced. Without reservation, I would highly recommend Eric.
