It took them a few weeks to get to our "inspect and repair" project due to their loss of an employee, but I was in no hurry and they did stick with the request. My wife, who paid the repairman, said he appeared knowledgable and was courteous.
Two other contractors that SM recommended either did not respond or failed to appear at the appointed time, so I could not recommend them.
