We did have a problem in that the cedar shake was thrown off the house when the old roof was being torn off and in the process, the drivet was cut in a few places. the company was to come out and fix it but they have not. we are trying to find someone to repair the drivet for us.

From the initial interview/estimate by Israel through the final inspection with Tim, my experience with SRS was outstanding. Both of these gentlemen (and the installation crew) were very professional. Because of the weather and my schedule, they worked with me on scheduling the work. They estimated a day and on-half but it took two full days. Great clean-up of nails and debris. When I had questions during the job, they were answered quickly and clearly. A real top notch job. I don't normally give top marks for doing a job, but SRS deserves the five star rating.
