Charlie (the owner) and his crew did an excellent job, the floors look wonderful. Charlie is a true professional, he was patient throughout the process, coming to my apartment several times to discuss the floors. His wood choice and suggestion to put in the floors on the diagonal could not be better. I'm very happy I went with him and I highly recommend him. His crew did a fantastic job, they worked very hard, they overcame all difficulties with ease, the workmanship was top-rate. Unlike the other contractors I spoke with, Charlie was very straightforward and tried his best to make this process as easy as possible for me. Love the floor!
