Prompt follow up call; extremely responsive and creative about solving my problem with my floors. I really only needed some patching done. In order to keep costs down, they suggested that I do the 2nd and 3rd coats of polyeurethane myself, so they would not have to charge me for repeat visits for such a small job. Excellent craftsmanship and attentive to detail. The work they did is perfect.
