I was very impressed with the professionalism of all the employees that work with them. I also was very impressed with Eric"s work from Sanding to Finishing the floor. Eric kept me informed on the progress as well as asking me for my opinion on certain problems that arose. Communication was never a problem. I was able to get a hold of the owner whenever needed. whether I was at Work or home. I used email mostly and Scott would return my email with a phone call to answer any and all questions! Thanks Service Magic for putting me in touch with such a realiable Contractor!
