Overall I am very happy with the job performed. The only communication issues were with some of the crew that did the sanding. They were very courteous and friendly - just did not speak much English. The guy running the job, Peter, was easy to communicate with and very easy to get in contact with on his cell phone (a big plus in my book). The only ding I would give these guys is that they were often late. To be fair we did have a big snow storm that probably caused the tardiness for one of the appointments.

Repair or Partially Replace Wood Flooring in 60181
Larry called back right away and was able to offer us supplies if we needed wood on what turned out to be a do-it-yourself repair. If I had a bigger problem with my floor or cabinets, etc., I will definately call him.
