I met with Bruce who was professional and knowlegable. My floors were a challenge because the previous company used a swirl sander which left the floors awful. Bruce started on time ended on time and did a superb job. I would highly recommend his company.

Called and spoke to Bruce and he came out the next day (Friday) and said he would have a price for me by Monday. He called Monday and said they had an emergency repair over the weeekend due to a water leak at a customers home. He had a quote for me by Wednesday. I spoke to him and accepted his quote and we set up a date for installation and would take 4 days. He said he had a job for a contractor on 5/18/09 and would do my job on 5/26. He called and said the contractor wasn't ready and could start mine on 5/19 & was done on 5/22.

We have not had the floors put in but in the planning process with Bruce, things could not be going better.... He is a professional and goes the extra mile in preparation. He keeps in touch with me ona regualr basis and I have no doubt that his work will be just as good.
