Hale Floors did a wonderful job refinishing my floors. They gave me an estimate 9 months before I was able to do the work, but they honored that estimate. They were willing to accomodate a couple of logistical problems I had. They were always on time, they came to double check their workers, they asked my opinion and treated me as if I were part of the process. I love my floors! They look wonderful. I really liked and trusted all those who worked in my home. My only advice to someone refinishing their floors is to go on vaction while the work is being done. The whole process took a week and it was a bit overwhelming.

Refinish Wood Flooring in 84092

The group was very curtious and the floor are shiny but they didn't come out as expected nor like the pictures on their site. I had expected most of the small nicks and worn spots to look like new but while they are cleaner looking it does not look new. If your floors are worn then this technique is not the most appropriate and traditional sanding would work best. This technique would be good for floors with little to no wear and just need a bit more sparkle to them. The team were professional and held to their verbal contracted price.
