Efficient, professional, very neat - especially on first job. They put up sheeting so dust did not disperse to rest of the house. We have had them work on two areas of the house, and will continue to use them as the renovations progress.

They were very professional and freindly. When they moved the furniture out, they asked me exactly where I wanted everything so I could still access the areas I needed to, even though that meant carrying some of it further. All 3 companies bid the job thinking some of the stained boards in the floor would have to be replaced; however, the guys from Rockwood got the stains to sand out so the price was cheaper and the floors look spectacular! They were prompt every day and got the job done in the promised time. I would highly recomend them. - Gloria A.

We wanted a finish that was low VOC and asked if they would be willing to try Monocoat, a European product that recently became available in the U.S. They were quite willing, unlike others that we contacted. We provided information on usage and gave them the web link of the distributor.
They did a beuatiful job. The painter who was working on other things really liked the finish.
