The time Tony spent accessing the job, overseeing the project and taking into consideration all of my needs were of a highest professional level. Having previously worked for a general contractor my personal expectations are quite high.

Refinish Wood Flooring in 90713
The floors look great! Ariel Builders repaired the damaged areas, and gave it a beautiful, natural finish. They were on-time and got the floors done in just one day. However, 2 issues that came up after the floor was finished. First, they finished at night, and they didn't turn the lights out as they left the rooms, so we had to turn off the main breaker to get the lights out (we didn't want to pay the electric on that). Also, they dumped most of the wood dust and carpet pad into our recycle trash can, which we didn't find out until later. This had sharp tack in it and was NOT recycle. They should have hauled it away.

They were curteous, helpful, flexible and accommodating. My floors look great! The only suggestion I would make is that a floor care sheet be provided upon completion of the job.
