Found Kevin thru service magic and a personal refference. He was comparible in price to 2 other contractors. I picked hime becasue he was great at explaining exactly everything that he would do to the floor, and what the floor would untimately look like. He also explained throughly my options on what to use, and the pros and cons (I had my floors redone-sanded and resealed). The floors turned out great-they were quite worn with some deep scratches/nicks. The only issue was alot of sanding dust was found, even though they used a contained system. Would encourage him to look into that with his sander.

We previously used a no-sanding service and they had to redo our floor --- both times it was very poorly done. Dustin came in and did a great job of not only removing the old finishes, be he sanded to bare wood, took out some water damage and then stained and finished our floors. He was great to work with and did an outstanding job. People who have seen the floor have already asked us for his contact information. I would recommend Dustin to anyone needing their floors refinished.
We are so excited about how our new floors look -- it literally transformed our kitchen area. Total area with 2 entry ways was about 430 square feet.
