Jim was extremely professional. He was there on time the day of the job and called to update me on his progess every few days. He and his crew also finished two days ahead of schedule! The floors throughout the house had inlay detail, which I suspect was not an easy job to sand, but Jim and his team did an amazing job. I would reccomend him to anyone looking to have their floors refinished.

Service and product were outstanding. Mr. Thompson was a bit late to our initial meeting, but called to let me know. He provided a careful, thorough written estimate, he initiated the job quickly (a week later), and finished the job a day earlier than expected. Work was careful and thorough, the flloors look like new, and Mr. Thompson took time to share important information on how to keep them looking that way. Cost was exactly as estimated, and a bit less than two other contractors I consulted with. Highly recommended.
