We hired Bishman-Dyer to come in and repair an oak stairway that had just been installed in our home. The installer ruined the finish on the steps and the surrounding woodwork and Bill Bishman came in and redid the finish in order to mask the mistakes and blend the finishes together cohesively. He made the best of a bad situation. In addition, we were so impressed with his work, we have contracted with Bishman-Dyer to install hardwood flooring in our living room. So our rating may need to be adjusted once we see what he can do with an actual floor installation, rather than fixing someone else's mistakes.
