They were on time, did what they said they would do, and their price was competitive. However, the finish was not as heavy or glossy as we had expected, and we do not know how well it will wear.

They were very eager, professional and informative during the estimate. The project consisted of refinishing hardwood floors prior to move in. The crew arrived on-time, they worked quickly and did an overall fine job. The supervisors checked in part way through the project and sent additional help to complete the job in one day. The one area that could have been better was clean up. The dust gets everywhere and since the house was empty it would have taken only minutes for each of the guy to take a dust mop or rag and wipe down the walls and mouldings
