Olson Custom Flooring did an outstanding job on the floors in one of my rental units. His company had the flexibility to allow them to start working on my floors one day after the consult, whereas other companies were projecting 2 weeks out. As someone with rental property, I appreciated him expediting this job so I can lease to new tenants sooner! The work done was outstanding. The floors look like brand new! His team was professional, courteous, and efficient. Jonathon kept in touch for the duration of the project making sure everything was going ok and if I had any questions. I will definately use this company again in the future.

I was in a time crunch because I was about to move furniture into an empty house in just a couple of days. They were able to accomodate my schedule and start work the next morning after giving me an estimate! The floors were older and some were pretty badly stained from wet carpet over the years. Olson made them look brand new. Nice guys, reasonable price, and very responsive.
