Cesar is extremely easy to work with. He cares very much about pleasing the customer. He stays on budget and will do more than asked. He is trustworthy and honest. He was very careful to save the stair rails and baseboard trim. We were very happy about that. Not sure who did the small, trim work, but that could use some work. The areas of the floor around the door frame were not as neat as we had expected. However, we are very happy overall with the work.

Fred Bebe showed up at the job about two days later than we agreed. But he took care of the job and everything else I asked him to do. The cost was reasonable. I plan on using him again.
