He provided a careful, thorough written estimate, he initiated the job quickly (a week later), and finished the job a day earlier than expected. Work was careful and thorough, the flloors look like new, and Mr. Thompson took time to share important information on how to keep them looking that way. Cost was exactly as estimated, and a bit less than two other contractors I consulted with. Highly recommended.
