A very good install, but mediocre communication and poor business dealings tarnished my overall experience. The floors are beautiful, but somehow it feels that it could have been a much smoother process to get there.

The craftsmanship is superb and I am extremely happy with the quality of work. Their cleanliness and timeliness were the only negatives. The showed up later then planned almost everyday and although the final sanding was done with a vaccuum, dust from before was all over the house as no rooms were partioned off. Clean up after words was not too good. The kitchen floor, where no work was done, was left filthy and not even swept. However, the main concern was the craftsmanship and that was superb!! I would definatly recommend them, keeping in mind the timeliness and cleanliness factors.
