Frank had 3 men over my house to do this job. I had the dining room and living room floors replaced. They were on time and careful moving my furniture around so that they could work. My rooms are awardly spaced. They got right down to work and barely took a break for coffee and lunch. Frank called and checked in with them several times. Frank selected my floor and he was right on target. He knows his floors. Sveral of my neighbors stopped in while the job was being done and were amazed. They thought the floors were beautiful. I have recommended Perfection Hardwood Floors to several people. I only hope that they give Frank their business.

The floors came out great! There were some areas that were missing the second polyurethane coat and two huge bags of garbage were left behind. The workers also attempted to seal off rooms that were not being worked on but the dust still managed to get in. I personally believe a better effort could have been made to prevent this from happening. Other than that James was very professional and eager to satisfy. And he's prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.
