The company was great to work with and understod our needs and concerns as we made our decisions.We felt Rob followed up our meetings and phone calls without being "pushy". the installation crew were great mechanics and were very "caring" while working in our home. My wife and I have already discussed calling Redi-Cut back to install wood flooring in other areas of the house we didn't do this time.
If I or my children, who live in the area, are going to do floor covering again I would call Redicut first.
