Cesar is extremely easy to work with. He cares very much about pleasing the customer. He stays on budget and will do more than asked. He is trustworthy and honest. He was very careful to save the stair rails and baseboard trim. We were very happy about that. Not sure who did the small, trim work, but that could use some work. The areas of the floor around the door frame were not as neat as we had expected. However, we are very happy overall with the work.

Patrick made all of his appointments on time, and was very good at getting back to me. He came in and fixed our sunken floor with great expertise, and managed to help get our floor to be level again. Would definitely recommend his work to anybody.
