They showed up on time and were very professional. The job (10 windows) took longer than they projected but that was fine. Somehow I knew it would take longer. The gentlemen were very courteous, friendly, helpful and nice. I went around the outside to see what was being done and asked questions, which were answered in a professional manner. They offered to cleanup but I didn't mind doing it myself. i would definitely recommend them in the future and will use them again for other projects. This was a job well done and I feel comfortable contacting them if I have any issues.

Mark Sherman is a very friendly person and is quite thorough in all phases of the contracted service. His crew is courteous and hard-working. Together they make the experience very easy on the consumer. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Universal for any home improvement project.
