I worked with Brad Young who was very professional. He helped me pick out a quality shingle to replace a 70 year old slate roof while still maintaining the character of the home since a slate replacement would have been cost prohibitive. I had 5 contractors give me estimates and I chose Bartlett Exteriors based on their reputation, calls to previous customers, competive price and the professionalism of Brad Young. Because of inclement weather, they had to delay the project twice but Brad kept me well informed. They completed the project just prior to a 15 inch snowstorm and did a very neat and great looking job. I would highly recommend them.

Overall pleased with job. I liked the full disclosure quote with estimated hours, hourly rates and material costs. Price was fair. It was a pleasure dealing with Rob and he was very responsive to some minor issues that cropped up. The guys that did the job were competent but sometimes lacking in attention to detail. Supervision required to ensure job is done to your satisfaction and prevent misunderstandings. Would certainly consider Armour Homes for future home projects
