My overall experience with American General Windows & Reno was really great. Lenny Berk, the owner showed up for estimate appt was right on time. Lenny provided a detailed estimate and it did not take long at all to get the materials installed. His installers were very professional and everything was completed and cleaned up in one day. All garbage was also removed by the installers. While the installation was in progress, Lenny was on site numerous times during the day to check up on the progress. I would highly recommend this company to anyone & I would use them for any further reno needs I have

New Windows - Multiple in 07644

Joe was the most professional, honest contractor I could have asked for. He was there when promised, whether to measure or install, understood my concern about pet safety (I have 4 cats) & installed the windows and sliding door with minimal dirt (which he cleaned up anyway). We ran into some problems (not of his making) and he made sure to not only solve these problems, he went above and beyond to give me a great product and great installation at a great price. I've already recommended The Window People to my neighbors and will continiue to recommend them to anyone who asks.
