Price was good and the work was quality however communication between site manager and project manager was lacking. The project manager never pulled a permit (which was part of the contract price and a local requirement) until we insisted on the day of installation after the site manager let the crew start working.

New Windows - Multiple in 01440

All the work was done in a timely manner. When we had issues with one of the windows and one of the screens it was repaired or replaced in a timely manner. The only criticism we have is that the workmen failed to cleaning up properly after the job was done. The old windows broke when being taken out and there was broken glass left on the ground under the window.
Overall, the people were all very nice and easy to work with.

Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 01525

The project was to re-shingle 1/3 of my house, and fix a valley that was giving me problems. Customer service was excellent and the crew very professional. The roofers completed the job in one full day and the dumpster was removed within a week. I did have a leaking skylight (an old style that another contractor didn't want to touch). Sturdy's crew came out the day after I called to make repairs, and provided nothing but the best service until it was fixed. They even called me after it rained to confirm if it was fixed. I will call Sturdy when I'm ready to re-shingle the rest of the house.
