Good value on the product, but they severely over-promised on the timing of the work during the sales pitch and then once they had the deposit kept pushing the date the work would be done further into the future.

1st Class ALL the way. Professional, sales rep was knowledgable about product line. Price was more than fair. No longer feel draft arond windows and door.
I'm also having my home on the beach done.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. Unlike other companies who were trying to sell me cheap windows at a high price, they sold us GREAT windows at a reasonable price.
We were pleased with the sales rep who was informative not only about his window line but other manufactureres as well
The installation was completed as promisd and with no mess...two thumbs up.
I've recomended them to my one neighbor and sister-in-law and they both are supposed to get quotes in the coming weeks
