New Windows - Multiple in 98404

Bid price for windows was $100 cheaper than others, but there were a number of contractors/subcontractors involved, and it was difficult to know what the relationships/responsibilities were, and who the main point of contact was. Payment plan was talked about with the sales rep, but the installer didn't know what the plan was. I gave him a check for the amount on my bid/estimate.
Next piece of correspondence was a feedback form, asking me to rate the service. I sent that in.
THEN I get an invoice which included the final price for the work(sales tax had been missing). Made me wish I still had the feeback form...
