The projects were to only take 4-6 hours for completion or a full day at the most, it took over 3 months for completion. I had to repeatly call both the contractor and the Handyman Connection office to keep this project moving, 5 calls to the office and 4 to the contractor. It was only when I was able to speak to the owner that the installation was completed by a different contractor.
The orignal contractor was injured at another job and was unable to use a ladder, in no way should that effect the completion of my projects.
The quality of the work was good...it is just a matter of getting them to fulfill their obligation.

Ralph's Remodel did a splendid job on my windows. He was always on time and cleanup after the job everyday. Superb personality and on top of that his prices were OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! More quality for your dollar! I hired him to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms after he did my windows too!

Repair Window Frames in 35215
I contact them for window repairs and the contractor came out the next day. And within 3 to 5 days the repair work was done and the reason is because he had to order glass. The young man did a great job.
