I found Andy to be knowledgeable about many topics. He was honest about what I did and didn't need and he was easy to work with on a creative level. He is neat and organized and he has integrity. He works hard all day, shows up on time and cleans up as he leaves. He is considerate and easy to get along with. He responds to phone calls and emails. And his prices are very reasonable. They were very helpful and have wonderful windows. They have a gentleman name Sam who came to install my windows and did an excellent job. He was very helpful demonstrating the windows and did an excellent job cleaning up. This was the most wonderful experience I have ever had replacing windows.

Excellent Windows, Mark Sims knows his products. Only complaint: they installed a broken window from the factory, said they would come back and replace ~2 weeks later, and it's now over 5 weeks later and it hasn't been replaced.
