Great customer service! 13 windows installed in just over one day; all 13 would have been installed the first day, but we had to wait for a tempered window to arrive for the bathroom. Two of my windows had slight flaws, and Bryce was great about following up to replace those panels and ensure satisfaction. Installation was done with quality. I would highly recommend Exquisite Windows to anyone in the market for new windows. Their Alside vinyl windows are an excellent bargain.

They scheduled my window repair right away. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that I had to ask the technician to re-install the window after repairing the glass (which he did).

The only thing I wish is that they would have insulated around the window opening. But they did do a very good job.
