I selected Vinylume to change my shingles and gutters although they did not have the lowest bid for the job. The main factor that made me decide to go with Vinylume was their outstanding customer feedback both online and in person.
In my case they lived up to expectations and I have nothing to add to what other customers already say. The product is of high value, their communications were outstanding throughout the job, they delivered on time, they left the location clean and tidy and were flexible to additional requests.
All in all, great experience.

The insatller,Joe, did an excellent job with the five windows
and protected the carpeting with a brand new drop cloth.
He cleaned up afterward and took all the all windows with
Him. I'll be glad to recomend Thermo seal to any neibor or friend
that is thinking of replacing windows or adding siding to their house.

Thermo Seal Home Improvements showed up on time on the scheduled day and proceeded without delay to begin project (install replacement sliding door for deck, including new frame). Did an excellent job and cleaned up site afterwards. All for the agreed upon price with no surprises. Very professional, and we are very happy with the results. Work completed mid-July, 2009. No disappointments and very competitive.
