Although the installation has not taken place yet, the measurements have been done. My representative was personable and friendly, explained everything I wanted to know. Most important, he listened to what I had to say regarding what I wanted and how much I had to pay for this project. This company was most willing to work with me on budget. I would recommend them to anyone who needs new windows.

Of the 7 or 8 companies who came to give me estimates, Bill Tilton was the only one I felt was trustworthy. The others were all salespeople and he is the president of his company. Bill gave me a full detailed estimate of the work to be done and a fair price.
The job took a little longer than was anticipated, but the installation was a "new window" job entailing removal and replacement of siding, headers etc.
Bill Tilton was very responsive and pleasant to work with. He prides himself on being a perfectionist, and I believe he is. I would recommend him highly.
