New Windows - Multiple in 94024

I had rated them excellent, But, after the installers left, I went around the outside and saw that one of the window's top was not caulked. There seemed to be a gap between the old frame and the new window. I called the office and they said the installer would be out the next day. So far, so good. The installer came back and was angry that I had called saying it was the old frame and not part of the job. I have accepted this but I would appreciate it if he had told me in a nice way that this had nothing to do with the installation. Customers are not always right, but the installer should have been more courteous and not spitting fire.

Install a Wood Fence in 94509

At first I had douts about getting this fence, I was unable to get my ducks in a row. Rounsaville helped me get this done. Got a vine covered fence remove for hundred of dollars less then any others that were willing to do the same job. Fence that was installed is great. We Just love it. Was just like we pictured it. Scott was very flexable and helpful. Also he would match most anybody price. He install an extra gate for the price of the wood and hardware. Difficult project made EZ Thank Rounsaville Construction.
