They were the best! We had an energency... our home had been burglerized, the front door kicked in. They answered their phone which was huge! (I had to leave a voice message for the others and the last thing you want in an emergency is to have to wait for someone to call you back) They said they would be out @ 1pm and they were there at 1 on the button. They secured our door at no charge without even knowing if we were going to hire them to do the work! They explained our options and gave us a bid that also turned out to be the best...and they were the only company that guaranteed that the door would be installed before Xmas... and it was!!!

The salesman/owner (Eric) was a very pleasant person to deal with. The estimate he gave was reasonable, and I didn't have to put up with heavy handed sales tactics. The patio door that I ordered took a bit longer than I was told to expect, but not by an overly unreasonable amount of time. The installer came out on what will probably end up being the coldest day of the year, and did a very competent job, everything looks great. He managed to put in a sliding glass patio door and a bathroom window in about 6 hours, by himself. The patio door does not slide open as easily as Eric told me it would, but still work nicely.
